JUNIOR LESSONS - Registration Opens April 25th

Red Ball Silver [Beginner] Ages 4-6
Entry-level high-quality training focused on coordination, balance, and correct movement patterns. Red Ball program uses larger decompressed balls, 19″ to 21″ racquets , mini-sized nets and a smaller 12-meter court, which is proportional to the size of the player. 

Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm, Friday 4:30pm - 5:30pm. 
Fee: $175+hst [7 sessions]

Red Ball Gold [Intermediate] Ages 5-7
Players begin to stabilize technique and develop control through repetition and guided rallying. Emphasis on clean contact, spacing, and the ability to sustain controlled exchanges with proper footwork and discipline. Next progression after the Red Ball Silver program. 

Thursday 5:30-6:30pm, Fee: $175+hst [7 sessions] 
Sunday 9:30am-11am, Fee: $236+hst [7 sessions]

Orange Ball Silver [Beginner] Ages 7-8
Technical foundation phase. Focus on footwork, positioning, and repeatable stroke mechanics. Orange Ball program uses 50% slower, low-compression balls, 23″ to 25″ racquets and 3/4 courts to help children refine technique and coordination 

Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm, Friday 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Sunday 3:00-4:00pm
Fee: $192+hst [7 sessions]

Orange Ball Gold [Intermediate] Ages 8-9
Players transition into controlled point play, help children refine technique, coordination, and rally skills. Next progression after the Orange Ball Silver program. 

Thursday 6:30-7:30pm, Fee: $192+hst [7 sessions] 
Sunday 10:30am-12pm, Fee: $262+hst [7 sessions]

Yellow Balls [beginner] 12-13 y.o
Full-court training with emphasis on technical refinement, consistency, and understanding of point structure. Players develop reliable patterns and competitive habits.

Monday 5:30-7:00pm, Fee: $248+hst [6 sessions] 
Wednesday 5:30-7:00pm, Fee: $288+hst [7 sessions]
